oh and learned something heartwrenching/depressing on friday

Disclosure: this is basically a first-world problem so don’t read this if you’re expecting it to be like a death in the family or a disease or something… it’s tvd related so it’s depressing to me

So my Spring Break is March 10th-18th and my mom was planning on taking me to California because 1) I applied to two colleges there that I’ve yet to formally visit and 2) My grandfather/uncle and his family live in SoCal so it will basically be like a family trip. (Fun Fact about me btw: I grew up going to Laguna Beach where my grandparents lived and also spent a few summers at the Jersey Shore with my dad’s side of the family so my life is basically reality television.)

Well, we’re flying in on Monday into LAX to do college visit numero uno. Now, what was just announced this week? Oh yes, that’s right. That PaleyFest’s TVD panel was going to have Nina and Paul and Ian and Julie and Candice and Matt.

When is the panel? Oh, just TWO MOTHERFREAKING DAYS BEFORE I GET THERE!!!

Literally, the one time I’m going to Los Angeles and I’m going to miss them by two motherfreaking days.

I asked my mom (begging/bribery/tears are still to come don’t worry) and she flat out was like “Bummer no. Too expensive to change plane tickets, etc.” So yes, this is a total first world problem but I may have actually started to cry. Judge me as hard as you want but it sucks butt.

I bet cash if my mom decides to actually do it, it will be sold out. Right now, it’s only the crappy seats anyway but at least they’re cheap.
